Remember to kill time in the shade for 20mins. Reapply what you sweat, wash or wipe off every couple of hours, just to be safe. Always chuck on your hat and sunnies (and wear them properly). Avoid long stints cooking in the sun, especially between 10am and 2pm. For external use only (don’t eat it or rub it in your eyes). Store below 30° (don’t leave it in the car).
