HOW TO CATCH WHITING

LOCATIONS: Whiting are widespread in rivers, creeks and along most beaches.

SIZE: Whiting can reach over 45cm and 600g however they are most commonly caught between 20cm and 40cm.

EATING QUALITY: Whiting are superb to eat with a delicate, sweet white flesh. They can be eaten whole or filleted / butterflied and fried.
